After Labor Day, Mason started the Pre-School program at a local learning center. This is where he will go next year before and after Kindergarden. Kindergarden, really? Its so hard to believe in less than a year he will be in Kindergarden. And no, it is not time for another one. Mason had a hard time adjusting from being with 5 kids a day to 35 kids a day. There were lots of tears the first week or so. He has adjusted and loves it there. He has made lots of new friends. He also went for his much belated 4-year check-up. Of course when we get there, the Dr. let us know that they give the "school" shots at age 4 instead of 5. Something about 5 year olds kicking harder than they use too. Mason got 5 vaccines in 3 shots. He screamed and cried. I felt so bad for him. He even cried that afternoon when Will picked him up!! We also talked to the Dr. about Mason's breathing and things to try for when he plays T-ball next summer. Mason weighs 40 pounds and is 41 inches tall. He is wearing 5T clothes although the pants are a little long.
